Nissan Canada begins street promotion

Nissan Canada of Mississauga began a series of new promotional activities last week as part of its ongoing "Best Part of Your Day" campaign. Promotional workers in a branded Nissan Cube will travel around Toronto for several weeks in an attempt to improve the day of pedestrians by distributing free coffee or gasoline, finding someone a parking space, and other similar acts. The campaign also includes a new website at <http://www.bestpartofyourday.ca> and supporting social media activities. "Our new ad campaign was so successful in Canada, we just had to branch it out to include some more public interaction through the web and street-level events," said Jeff Parent, the company's vice-president of sales and marketing. "At Nissan Canada, we know the best part of your day is driving your Nissan, but with these fun new initiatives, we will work even harder to bring that message to Canadians regardless of what they drive, or if they drive at all."
