Montreal-based WebConnect has redesigned its online business search engine located at <http://411webconnect.com>. According to the company, the site is intended to compete with the online directories operated by Canada 411 and YellowPages.ca. The site includes proximity searches, a new bookmark system, a mobile version and a simplified way for businesses to alter their listings. The site lists two million businesses in the US and Canada and is available in English, French and Spanish.
