Telus breaks campaign for digital television

Telus has begun a new marketing campaign in the Lower Mainland of BC and on Vancouver Island called "Telus TV: Mesmerizing." The campaign promotes the company's digital television service. It consists of transit buses wrapped with creative, including exterior video displays that show four 10-second commercials. The campaign, which will run until Nov. 4, also includes print, online, television, radio and out-of-home elements. The creative features a red-eyed tree frog as a spokescharacter and describes the various service bundles offered by the company. "Offering Telus clients a TV experience that gives them a fantastic viewing experience and a superb choice of content is our commitment," said Rachael Mens, director of marketing communications at Telus. "Today's consumers are looking for ways to get more for their money without sacrificing on quality and that is what Telus is doing by offering them convenient ways to bundle their services."
