New creative directors at Carlson Marketing

Carlson Marketing of Mississauga has hired Rael Tooch and Ian Taylor as co-creative directors. Copywriter Tooch has previously worked at McCann-Erickson among other agencies. Art director Taylor was previously at Ogilvy.
