Samsung Electronics Canada is preparing a series of special events as part of its sponsorship of the IIHF World Junior Championship hockey tournament, which will take place from Dec. 26 to Jan. 5. The program, called the "Samsung Hockey Country Experience," includes a hockey installation at Lansdowne Park in Ottawa, a refreshment tent at the SBP Arena, a New Year's Eve party on the Rideau Canal and a series of skating events on the canal. "Our sponsorship of the Samsung Hockey Country Experience is a natural fit with Samsung's Get Together for the Game campaign, designed to connect hockey fans and communities across the country and further ignite their passion for the game," said Benjamin Lee, president of Samsung Electronics Canada.
