New global chief creative officer at Blast Radius

Vancouver-based interactive agency Blast Radius has appointed Chip Reingold to the newly-created position of global chief creative officer. He was most recently executive creative director of Publicis Modem in San Francisco. Prior to that he was at Digitas, latterly as European executive creative director of its Modem Media division.
