New general manager at MySpace Canada

Dave Stevens has been appointed general manager of social networking website MySpace Canada, based in Toronto. He will lead the development of content, product and marketing programs, including advertising. Stevens was most recently vice-president of product management and strategy at CanWest Digital Media, where he was responsible for the operation og the Canada.com and Dose.ca websites. Prior to that, he spent four years at AOL Canada as a senior manager of content and sales strategy. He has also worked at Rogers Television and Country Music Television.
