McMillan adds three directors

Ottawa-based McMillan has appointed three new directors. Steve Shock has been promoted to director of interactive services. Randy Allan has been promoted to director of strategic services. John Collins has been promoted to director of writing services. Shock joined the agency last year as part of the client services staff, where he did interactive work for clients including Bridgewater Systems, CA, Canada Post and Dun & Bradstreet. Allan previously developed marketing communications for clients including CA, D&B, and the Canadian Medical Association. He will now manage the agency's strategy staff. Collins has spent the last two years ago as manger of McMillan's writing practice.
