Ken Garff Automotive Group hires Rare Method

Rare Method Interactive of Calgary has been appointed digital agency of record by the Ken Garff Automotive Group of Utah. The group of car dealers sells 20 brands of vehicles at 60 locations between the midwestern US and California. The agency will work on corporate and dealer-level website design and management, as well as search engine marketing and mobile initiatives. Rare Method will service the account from its Salt Lake City office. "Statistics show that consumers are heavily leveraging the Web to research and buy cars," said Rare Method executive vice-president David Blain. "Dealerships that have a sophisticated online presence, complemented by advanced online marketing tactics, will have a significant competitive advantage in this car-buying environment."
