Edelman hires two, promotes two

Edelman Toronto has appointed Shane Dolgin to the position of senior vice-president and leader of its corporate and technology practice. He has previously been senior vice-president of corporate communications at Advance Planning/MS&L and vice-president and group leader of the corporate communications practice at Hill & Knowlton Canada. Joe Belfontaine has been hired as an account director in the health practice. He was most recently was chief of staff to the Ontario Minister of Health Promotion. Robyn Adelson has been promoted to vice-president of the consumer practice. She joined the agency five years ago. Stephanie Kohls has been promoted to account director in the consumer practice.
