Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment adds two

Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment has hired Michael Miller as an account manager. He will handle LeafsTV, Raptors NBA TV and NBA broadcasts. He was previously at The Score. Jeff Dinham has joined the company as an interactive sales account manager for Mapleleafs.com, Raptors.com, Torontomarlies.ca and NBA.com. He was previously at SRC.
