CRTC seeks telemarketing complaint contractor

The Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission has issued a request for proposals to find a contractor to investigate telemarketing complaints. The contractor will also monitor compliance with telemarketing rules and the National Do Not Call List. The request has been posted to the website <http://www.merx.com>. The process will close on March 25.
