Outdoor Broadcast Network hires three

Toronto-based  Outdoor Broadcast Network has hired Craig Van Wees as senior national account manager. He has spent the last 10 years as an account executive at Rogers Media Publishing. Maggie Foley has joined the company as marketing services manager. She was previously an account executive at Zenith Optimedia. Prior to that, she was at MindShare Canada. Leyla Mohseni has been appointed to the position of accountant. She was previously at AirlQ.
