Panousis joins Starcom MediaVest

Starcom MediaVest Group of Toronto has appointed Alex Panousis to the position of vice-president and group media director of the Diageo account. She was most recently director of marketing and integrated sales at the CBC. Prior to that, she was vice-president and client services director at PHD. She has also worked at Leo Burnett.
