Hill & Knowlton promotes one, hires one

Ottawa-based Hill & Knowlton has appointed Laura Tupper group leader of its public affairs unit. Tupper joined the firm last year as senior vice-president and national leader of the agency's natural resources practice. Hill & Knowlton Vancouver has hired Kelly Lendvoy as vice-president of communications. Lendvoy was previously the president of Communi-K Group. Prior to that, he was president of Waterfront Communications.
