HOLIDAY INN HAS SHORT LIST IN U.S.

U.S.-based Holiday Inn Worldwide expects to draw up a short list of five contenders for its U.S. ad account by the end of June. A decision is expected in mid-July. Young & Rubicam of New York is the incumbent on the $30-million(US) business. In Canada, Holiday Inn plans on staying with Y&R's Toronto office, Canadian marketing director Patrick Field told Adnews yesterday.
