Paradigm Public Relations opens in Toronto

A new agency called Paradigm Public Relations has opened in Toronto. The firm was founded by president Tracey Bochner and vice-president Michael Abbass. Bochner was most recently senior vice-president of Apex Public Relations of Toronto, while Abbass was previously a vice-president at Toronto-based Strategic Objectives. Paradigm is an independent spin-off of Apex.It will specialize in brand marketing communications, corporate communications, issues management and media relations measurement. "Good measurement practice is central to our business," said Bochner. "We are committed to being accountable to ensuring the work we do for our clients is consistently measured and evaluated against business objectives."
