Transcontinental Media launches Vision Durable magazine

Transcontinental Media of Montreal has launched a new business magazine about sustainable development in Quebec called Vision Durable. The debut issue was released last week with the May issue of Commerce magazine. The first three issues of the quarterly publication will be distributed to 40,000 subscribers of that magazine. “Vision Durable will bridge the gap between the ideal of sustainable development and what Quebec business people can actually do to implement it,” said Pierre Marcoux, vice-president of business publications at Transcontinental Media. “While solutions may not always seem readily available, learning from what others have done can be incredibly effective and enlightening.” The company has also constructed a website for the magazine at <http://www.visiondurable.com> which will carry daily news on sustainable development.
