Hill & Knowlton Digital gets new worldwide director

New York-based Hill & Knowlton has appointed Julie Atherton to the position of worldwide director of Hill & Knowlton Digital, the firm’s digital communications practice. The founder of the practice, Tony Burgess-Webb, has become the agency’s chief marketing officer. Atherton joined Hill & Knowlton in 2005. She was previously the founder and CEO of digital agency Cylo. She was also the CEO of The Atherton Group, a broadcast commercial production company.
