The BrainStorm Group to open Dubai office

The BrainStorm Group of Toronto is preparing to open an office in Dubai, an emirate of the United Arab Emirates. The office will serve clients in the operating in the Persian Gulf region. An existing Dubai agency called E Media will be rebranded as The BrainStorm Group. The firm had been seeking a North American partner agency with the intention of bringing the western culture to their market. “We were one of many agencies in Canada and the US that were interviewed by the UAE agency principals and their search consultants,” said Ron Telpner, chairman and CEO of The BrainStorm Group. “We had a chemistry from the beginning and our meetings over there clearly demonstrated the opportunity to attract both talented agency people and receptive clients.” Vinod Nayar, principal of E Media, will be the president of the agency. Telpner will be chairman, while Bob Froese, president of Brainstorm in Toronto, will sit on its board.
