Angiotech Pharmaceuticals hires marketing vice-president

Vancouver-based Angiotech Pharmaceuticals has hired Santi Corsaro as vice-president of sales and marketing. He will oversee the company’s commercial operations in Europe, where Corsaro has spent the last 20 years working for Johnson & Johnson. Most recently he was president and managing director of J&J Medical Holdings in Italy. Prior to that, he was the European president of Cordis, a Johnson & Johnson subsidiary.
