New marketing director at BMW

BMW Group Canada of Whitby, ON has appointed Kevin Marcotte to the position of marketing director. The job also includes communications, event management, product planning and customer relationship management. Marcotte was most recently director of corporate communications at BMW, a position he will continue to hold until a replacement can be selected. Marcotte has also held the position of event marketing manager. The previous marketing director, Joe Lawrence, has been appointed sales director.
