Yahoo Canada gains new marketing director

Hunter Madsen has been appointed director of marketing at Toronto-based Yahoo Canada. He was previously the head of product marketing services at Yahoo Marketing Services in Sunnyvale, CA. He also handled product management for the company’s advertising delivery system. In 1993, Madsen founded JWT Interactive, the digital marketing unit of J. Walter Thompson. He also directed marketing programs at a number of Internet companies before joining Yahoo in 2003.
