Scratch adds three, promotes one

Toronto-based Scratch has hired three new staff members and promoted one. Suzie Esteves has joined the agency as a junior designer. Shelly Groisman has been hired as an account specialist, working on the Frigidaire account. Leanne Parnass has joined the agency as an assistant account specialist. Jennifer Miklasz has been promoted from account specialist to production manager.
