Viacom Outdoor Canada becomes CBS Outdoor Canada

Viacom Outdoor Canada has changed its name to CBS Outdoor Canada, a division of CBS Canada Holdings. The change is the result of the division of US-based Viacom into two separate companies on December 31, 2005: Viacom Inc. and CBS Corporation. CBS Outdoor is a division of CBS Corporation. According to the company, no changes in the operation of the Canadian company are planned.
