New global chief creative officer at Leo Burnett

Chicago-based Leo Burnett Worldwide has appointed Mark Tutssel global chief creative officer. Tutssel was previously deputy chief creative officer, a position he took on in January 2005. Prior to that, Tutssel was deputy chief creative officer of Leo Burnett USA. He will be the creative lead for the Leo Burnett brand, overseeing the work done by the agency’s 94 offices. Tutssel succeeds Miguel Angel Furones, who will remain through the rest of the year to manage the transition. Furones also remains chairman of Leo Burnett Iberia.
