C3 Online Marketing buys Pomegranate

C3 Online Marketing of Toronto has purchased Pomegranate, a digital communications and design company also based in Toronto. C3 specializes in online relationship marketing. This acquisition is intended to augment the company's existing services. Pomegranate will operate as a new division of the company called C3 Interactive Media. "Pomegranate evolved by building a comprehensive web marketing application that enhances customer experience on the Net," said Terry Ham, CEO of C3. "Their web marketing solutions and solid customer base made this move a logical fit for both organizations. Pomegranate's core strengths dovetail perfectly into C3's in the areas of electronic promotions, loyalty and online marketing."
