Physical and Health Education Canada retains Buzzworthy Marketing
By Adnews Staff
Physical and Health Education Canada, a division of the Ottawa-based Canadian Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance, has retained Buzzworthy Marketing of Toronto to help promote the healthy development of Canadian children and youth. The association is a national charitable organization that advocates for school-based physical and health education programs. "Clearly the only way to reverse the epidemic [of obesity] that our country is facing is to use a collaborative approach consisting of government, non-government, and private sector activities," said Mark Cohan of Buzzworthy. "There are many corporations who have established priorities to help influence healthier eating and more physical activity. These corporations will form a perfect marriage with organizations like Physical and Health Education Canada who play a direct role in confronting this issue." As of press time, no details were available concerning Buzzworthy's assignment.
