Mirlin joins MacLaren McCann as integrated chief creative officer

Ian Mirlin will take on the position of integrated chief creative officer at MacLaren McCann of Toronto on Jan. 3. The appointment is part of the agency's effort to consolidate its creative resources into one centre of responsibility. Mirlin was most recently executive vice-president and chief creative officer of Young & Rubicam Canada. Prior to that, he worked in brand development at Ambrose Carr Linton Carroll. Mirlin was also a co-founder of Harrod & Mirlin, now FCB Toronto.
