Mellon appoints Canadian marketing vice-president

Pittsburgh-based financial services company Mellon Transition Management Services has appointed John Egar to the position of marketing vice-president for Canada. He will work to support the company's services in this country. Egar has previously held management positions at Wood Gundy and CIBC World Markets, among other financial firms.
