New vice-president of relationship marketing at Taxi

Taxi Canada has appointed Yves Blain to the position of vice-president of relationship marketing. Based in the agency's Montreal office, he will work to develop Taxi's expertise in customer acquisition, retention and loyalty. Blain has spent the last 14 years at FCB Canada, developing customer relationship marketing initiatives for clients including Air Canada, Fido, CIBC, Rona, L'Oreal Paris and SAQ.
