Ford of Canada will bring a convoy of Mustang convertibles through downtown Toronto today to promote the car's 2005 model year. The 26 Mustangs will be on display at Dundas Square in the morning. At around noon, led by a police escort, the cars will begin a 10-minute trip through the downtown core.
The CEO of Vancouver-based credit union Vancity, Dave Mowat, will stand outside the Vancouver Art Gallery for an hour today, distributing money to pedestrians. Dim Lingerie will conduct a giveaway promotion on April 2 outside The Bay stores in Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa and Vancouver. During the initiative, women who bring a Dim bra to one of the company's promotional workers and describe why they prefer Dim will receive an Apple iPod Shuffle MP3 player. This effort is being managed by Vectra Marketing Group of Toronto.
