Highspeed Creative hires Borders

Highspeed Creative of Guelph, ON has appointed Bill Borders executive creative director. Borders was a founding partner of Seattle-based Borders, Perrin & Norrander in 1977, which was purchased by FCB in 1995. The company provides ad agencies with online access to creative by independent workers.
