Publicis hires two

Publicis Canada of Toronto has added Richard Fofana and Dean Foerter to its strategic planning division. Fofana worked most recently at Molson as a research director, advising the marketing and manufacturing divisions. Prior to that, he held a research position at Kraft. He has also done marketing and fundraising work for non-profit organization Skills for Change. Foerter was previously an account director and strategic planner at Gee Jeffery and Partners, where he worked on the Vincor and LCBO accounts. Before that, he worked on the IBM account at Ogilvy and Mather.
