Wunderman hires three vice-presidents

Toronto-based Wunderman Canada has gained three new executives. John Wright has been appointed executive vice-president of integrated marketing. He will work to integrate Wunderman's CRM system into the Y&R Brands organization. He will also lead the agency's Ford and Jaguar/Land Rover accounts. Wright was previously senior vice-president of marketing and communications at Air Miles. He has also worked at Chiat/Day Advertising, Promanad Communications and Ogilvy & Mather Direct. Michelle Hamaoki has been appointed vice-president of database management. She will lead the firm's data management staff as it develops database components for client marketing programs. Hamaoki has been a manager at BearingPoint Consulting, formerly KMPG Consulting, for the past five years. Jeff McLellan has been appointed vice-president and finance director. He will oversee client-related financial matters for Wunderman and Y&R. McLellan was previously the finance project lead for major home fashions at the Hudson Bay Company. He has also done work for Flavour Advertising, Integrated Communications and Entertainment, Silcorp and Burger King Canada.
