B.C. BANS SALE OF DRUG DATA
By Adnews Staff
Selling information about doctors' prescribing habits was banned in B.C. last week. Health Minister Andrew Petter says over 300 pharmacies have been selling prescriber information to the marketing firm IMS Canada. The college opposes the sale of this information.
