MEGA BLOKS AND MARVEL FORM LICENSING DEAL

Montreal-based Mega Bloks and Marvel Enterprises of New York have signed a licensing deal giving Mega Bloks the right to create toys related to several Marvel superhero properties, including Spider-Man, X-Men, Fantastic Four, Hulk and Captain America. As part of the multi-year agreement, Mega Bloks will develop playsets, vehicles and other building-themed products, the first of which are expected during the 2004 holiday season.
