INVESTORS GROUP BREAKS SECOND FOOD FOR THOUGHT CAMPAIGN

Winnipeg-based Investors Group will conduct a $350,000 print advertising campaign as part of a second annual "Food For Thought" program. The investment services company and The Canadian Association of Food Banks operate this program to raise awareness of the need for and use of food banks. Advertising will break in 38 Canadian newspapers later this month. The campaign was created by Saint-Jacques Vallee Young & Rubicam of Montreal. The program also includes activities and community events in support of local food banks. These activities will run through the fall. The Canadian Association of Food Banks is an umbrella organization that represents approximately 230 food banks nationally.
