AOL PROMOTES HIGH SPEED SERVICE
By Adnews Staff
AOL Canada is using television advertising to promote its high speed Internet service. The campaign consists of three ads created by Groundzero Marketing Communications of Toronto. The ads seek to illustrate what consumers are missing by not going online with AOL Broadband or AOL Max. The first ad, which focuses on safety and security, began running last week. The second, which focuses on entertainment, and the third, which focuses on childrens' content, have not yet been released. The campaign will air in Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta until mid-November. This is the first television effort from AOL Canada to promote its high speed service.
