LABATT PLANS ALEXANDER KEITH'S BIRTHDAY PROMOTION

Labatt Breweries of Canada is planning a national promotion related to the 209th birthday of Alexander Keith, founder of Alexander Keith's Brewery in Nova Scotia. Approximately 1,100 pubs in Canada will host parties, either on Tuesday, Friday or Saturday, as part of the initiative. Most of these events will include live entertainment, Nova Scotia food, birthday cake and prize giveaways. Public relations for Labatt are handled by Hill & Knowlton.
