TORONTO 1, PICKLE BARREL, QUARK EXPEDITIONS BEGIN CONTEST

Craig Media television station Toronto 1 has begun a contest with The Pickle Barrel and Quark Expeditions to promote its new Prime Ticket Movie programming block. The "Pickle Barrel Cool Cruisin Contest" will run until July 26. The winner will receive an Arctic Cruise. Each night during the Prime Ticket Movie, Toronto 1 will air a different Arctic Clue. Viewers who spot the clue, log onto <www.toronto1.ca> to enter the clue for their chance to win. The grand prize is an Arctic Cruise for two to Newfoundland, Labrador and Greenland. The prize package includes transportation, food and accommodations. Ten secondary prizes of $100 Pickle Barrel gift certificates are also available to be won. The concept for the "Pickle Barrel Cool Cruisin Contest" was developed in-house by Toronto 1. The contest is being promoted with on-air promotional spots running until July 26 and with in-show promotion during "The A-List."
