TIM HORTONS BEGINS COOKIE ADVERTISING

Tim Hortons is promoting two new cookies, Caramel Chocolate Pecan and English Toffee, with television and radio advertising created by Enterprise Advertising of Toronto. The national campaign includes a 30-second TV commercial and a 30-second radio ad. The TV ad shows a young couple sitting on a couch with a third person. The woman persuades her roommate to leave her and her date alone with a cookie. The radio ad depicts a family sightseeing at the ocean. The parents see a man eating a cookie and begin to take pictures of him rather than a nearby whale. The English-language campaign will run for four weeks.
