NEW CHAIRMAN, NEW CFO AT INTERPUBLIC

Michael Roth will become chairman of the Interpublic Group on July 15. Roth is currently chairman and CEO of The MONY Group. Also, the company's chief operating and chief financial officer, Christopher Coughlin, will retire at the end of the year. The CFO position will be assumed by Robert Thompson, currently senior vice-president of finance, after the end of the second quarter.
