CFL KEEPS BENSIMON BYRNE

The Canadian Football League has re-appointed Toronto-based Bensimon Byrne its agency of record for the 2004 season. The league, also based in Toronto, has been using the agency since 2001. "From our perspective Bensimon Byrne has an unparalleled understanding of what it means to be Canadian and what Canadians value and expect from this League in the delivery of our product," said Brent Scrimshaw, senior vice-president of marketing and partnerships for the CFL. This year Bensimon Byrne will focus on a national print campaign for the opening of the CFL season, the Labour Day Classic, the Thanksgiving Day Classic, the WestJet East Championship, the West Championship and the Grey Cup.
