SPENCER FRANCEY PETERS PRESIDENT KILPATRICK RESIGNS

Lynne Kilpatrick has resigned her position as president of Toronto-based design firm Spencer Francey Peters. Kilpatrick joined the company in April 2001 as vice-president of strategic planning. In July 2002 she became president, succeeding co-founder Peter Francey, who became chairman. Kilpatrick is returning to the Bank of Montreal, where she worked for seven years. Prior to joining Spencer Francey Peters Kilpatrick was vice-president of marketing and communications at EC-Gate. Peter Francey will again take over the position of president. Spencer Francey Peters is a division of Motivus.
