RECKITT BENCKISER HOLDS LYSOL CONTEST

Reckitt Benckiser (Canada) has begun an instant win packaging contest called "Be Home Free with Lysol." The winner will receive $100,000 towards a mortgage or house down payment. Twenty secondary prizes from American Standard and GE will also be distributed. Approximately one million bottles of Lysol products will carry a PIN number. Consumers must enter the PIN number and four digits of the product's UPC code at <www.lysol.ca> to enter. The contest will run until Aug. 31. It is being managed by Otis Sauter Leger & Partners of Mississauga. Marketing support includes a five-second tag on current Lysol television commercials, a 30-second ad on HGTV and Canal Vie, and in-store materials.
