PEPSI PROMOTES MINI CANS

Pepsi-Cola Canada is rolling out smaller, mini versions of Pepsi cans to stores across Canada. The 237 ml (8 oz) cans are being sold in a six-pack format and are being supported with television and out-of-home advertising by BBDO Canada. "Our market research shows that some consumers want a smaller size option to meet varying lifestyle needs," said Richard Burjaw, vice-president of marketing for Pepsi-Cola Canada Ltd. Additional support for the launch of the Pepsi Mini cans includes POS materials by Hunter Straker of Toronto and public relations by Praxis Public Relations of Mississauga, ON.
