THE WEATHER NETWORK BEGINS TOTALLY INTO WEATHER CAMPAIGN

The Weather Network has begun a new television campaign called "Totally into weather." Created by Bos of Toronto, the campaign consists of four 30-second ads that will air on a seasonal basis. The first two, which are winter ads, will run until mid-March. A spring ad will run from mid-March to mid-May. A summer ad will run from mid-May to June. According to the specialty station, the campaign humorously depicts the highs and lows that Canadians experience as they move from one season to another. In Canada the ads will air on HGTV, Food Network Canada and Life Network as well as The Weather Network. In the U.S. the ads will run on CNN, TLC, A&E, Spike TV, WTBS, CNN Headline News, The Golf Channel and Speed Channel.
