THOMSON TO BUILD ANOTHER PRINTING PLANT

Toronto-based Thomson Corp. is planning to build a multimillion-dollar printing plant in Sudbury, Ont. to give its daily, The Sudbury Star, more color. The plant will also let Thomson's other newspapers in northeastern Ontario expand their commercial printing operations. Thomson publishes 105 dailies in North America, 22 in Canada and 83 in the U.S.
