SWISS CHALET PROMOTES FESTIVE SPECIAL

Swiss Chalet is promoting the return of the Festive Special with television advertising, in-restaurant materials, delivery flyers and Web site ads. The creative was developed by Ambrose Carr Linton Carroll of Toronto. Media buying was done by PHD Canada. Swiss Chalet will also hold Festive Special Community Days on Nov. 12 and 13, during which $0.50 from the sale of every quarter chicken dinner will be donated to local charities. The company will make a matching donation to the Children's Miracle Network. Public relations for Swiss Chalet are handled by Strategic Objectives of Toronto. The Festive Special consists of a quarter chicken with cranberry sauce, stuffing, dipping sauce, roll, a choice of side dishes and five Lindt chocolate truffles.
